Had a great experience at Joseph Pizzeria and Restaurant in Hackensack. This is a classic neighborhood pizzeria with a surprisingly big menu, so there’s plenty to choose from whether you’re in the mood for pizza, pasta, seafood, wings, a sandwich, or one of their Italian-American specialties.
I really like the variety here. You can keep it simple with a slice or a whole pie, or sit down and have a full meal. It has that comfortable, no-frills neighborhood feel that makes it an easy place to come back to.
The owner was a pleasure to talk to. I really enjoyed our conversation, and you can tell there’s a lot of pride behind the restaurant and the community it serves.
Overall, Joseph Pizzeria and Restaurant is a great local spot in Hackensack for a casual meal, takeout, or pizza with friends and family. Good variety, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly people behind the business
